This design of Scanlan is based on the outfit he wears in episode 3 of the first season. I decided to take some liberties on the design and make a trunk hose instead of the regular trousers. I also ended up working with lots of different textures in my version of the costume. One of my favorite things about cosplays based on characters from Actual Play shows is the freedom to make a design your own, so that’s exactly what I did.

Just before I started this project, I was gifted a lot of purple velvet and this cosplay was the perfect choice to use it for. Overall this costume consists mainly of reused materials like the shoes, wig, hair for the sideburns and fabric from my stash. The only purchased things were rhinestones, boot cover fabric and the shiny coat lining.
