Please allow 1-5 days business days for processing once the payment has been made.

Domestic delivery: Up to 5 days

Delivery in Europe: Between 5 – 14 days

For deliveries to destinations outside of Europe, a period of 2-5 weeks, depending on the destination, has to be added to the respective domestic delivery time.

If a delivery cannot be made because the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address, we can do a re-delivery if the customer accepts to take on the additional shipping cost of the items. We will inform the customer of the costs of re-shipping the items by e-mail. The re-shipment will be done upon receipt of payment for these costs.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation

There are no refunds on physical or digital orders.

We do not accept returns.

Contact Us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Digital orders cannot be cancelled

After an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
